On the 30th of July, John Deveson and Kevin Bamford attend a media release down at the Maribyrnong River opposite the Essendon Angling Club.
The State Member for Essendon Danny Pearson MP has approved an $815,000 boost to improve recreation Anglers access and increase the Maribyrnong River’s native fish population.
The project focus would be over a stretch of river between Flemington Race Course to Keilor, which includes the installation of a new boat ramp for motorised boats, 30 new fish habitat havens and stocking of up to 30,000 estuary perch fingerlings.
