Club trip to Camperdown
4 of us arrived Friday night, a couple of fanta's were had.
Saturday morning l caught a salmon trolling a gold tassie. The Jaxson show arrived, Richard arrived lunch time. It was a hard day, nothing biting & then Jaxson fired up, dropped his rod, Dad to the rescue & hooked the rod back, then he caught his 1st fish of the day (4pm). Next 2hrs Jackson had 4 salmon & 1 football size rainbow. Phil also caught 3 salmon. At weigh-in he was pretty excited. A quiet night was had everyone wanted to redeem themselves.
Sunday was beautiful not to much wind, unlike Saturday morning, was blowing a gale. Weigh-in was 1pm, Dave Fleming caught 2 salmon, Richard baged out with 5 salmon, Jaxson another 4 salmon & Phil another 4 salmon ( same spot & only for a couple of hours).
Saturday 8 salmon/ 1 rainbow
Sunday 15 salmon
Jackson caught the heaviest fish .850 grms ( salmon ) & heaviest bag.
