The working bee was attended by Richard Higlett, Bruce Warwick, Kevin Bamford, Rod King, Daniel Trafford and John Costa.
Seven cubic meters of gravel was spread around the low lying areas of the lodge by Richard Higlett, Bruce Warwick, and John Costa.
The drains around the lodge perimeter were dug out and widened.
Daniel Trafford fitted the internal water isolation valve, and Rod King set up the frame for the wind break around the barbeque area.
Kevin Bamford played caterer and chef for the Saturday. He has certainly missed his calling.
A very big thank you to the lads for making the trip to Port Albert, as we didn’t really know if we were going to get anything done due to the proposed inclement weather. As it turned out it started to rain at about 2 o’clock and didn’t let up until we headed home on Sunday.
